Your enquiry
When you write to me, I process your details in order to answer the enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a tenancy agreement. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
If no agreement follows, I delete the enquiry after six months. If one does, I keep the papers for as long as tax law requires.
When you open the pages
The hosting provider, Host Europe GmbH, Köln, records technical access data: IP address, time, file requested, browser type. This serves the secure operation of the site and is deleted after a short period. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
What these pages do not do
They set no cookies. They load no fonts, maps, videos or buttons from third-party servers. There is no audience measurement. Nothing is passed to third parties.
Your rights
You may ask what data is held about you and require its correction, deletion or the restriction of its processing. You may object to the processing and ask for your data to be transferred. Please write to the address above.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority. You may address the authority of the country where you habitually reside.
